Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to access altered states of consciousness, release stored trauma, and activate the body's natural healing intelligence. Unlike talk therapy, breathwork bypasses the analytical mind and works directly with the nervous system and cellular memory.

The breath is the only autonomic function we can consciously control — making it a direct doorway into the unconscious. A single 60-minute breathwork session can release emotional blockages that years of conventional therapy have not been able to touch.

At Auviephy Institute, our certified breathwork facilitators guide you through a carefully held journey using a blend of Pranayama, conscious connected breathwork, and energy integration techniques tailored to your specific healing needs.

How It Works

Your Breathwork Journey

Intake & Intention Setting
Your session begins with a 15-minute consultation. We explore your healing intention, any relevant medical or trauma history, and what you are ready to release. A clear intention amplifies the breath's transformative power.

Grounding & Body Scan
We guide you into your body with a gentle somatic scan, releasing surface-level tension and helping the nervous system shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to a receptive state ready for deep inner work.

The Active Breathing Phase
Guided by music and the facilitator's voice, you enter a continuous breathing pattern for 30–45 minutes. Sensations may arise — tingling, warmth, emotional waves, visions, deep peace. All are welcomed and facilitated.

Integration & Rest
After the active phase, you are guided into silence. The body integrates what has been released. This 15-minute rest is as important as the breathing itself — it is where transformation consolidates.

Closing Reflection
We close with sharing, journaling prompts, and grounding practices. You leave with clarity, lightness, and specific insights about what the breath revealed. Follow-up support is available for deeper integration.
