Learning to open a regression is the easy half. Knowing who should not be taken there, and what to do when a session opens more than expected, is what makes a practitioner rather than an enthusiast.
A regression session takes a client into a highly absorbed, highly suggestible state and asks them to follow a feeling backwards. Done carelessly, that is a route to implanted material and destabilised clients. Done carefully, it is one of the most direct therapeutic tools there is.
This course therefore spends as much time on screening, neutral prompt language, abreaction management and integration as it does on the regression itself. You will learn the traditional karmic framework and the reconstructive-memory research side by side, and how to offer a client meaning without asserting fact.
Eight modules across five days — screening first, technique second, integration always.
Reconstructive memory, confabulation and the research on suggestibility, held alongside the traditional karmic and reincarnation frameworks — and how to offer both without collapsing into either.
The full intake screen: psychiatric history, dissociative symptoms, active psychosis, recent bereavement, unmanaged trauma, medication and current care. Who to decline, how to decline, and how to refer.
Progressive relaxation, staircase and corridor inductions, and fractionation. Reading breath, eyelid flutter and micro-movement as depth indicators, and recovering an induction that stalls.
Taking a present-day feeling or body sensation and tracing it back to an earlier origin — with the neutral prompt language that lets material surface without leading.
Establishing orientation, moving through significant events, and gathering the detail that gives material therapeutic weight — plus managing abreaction when a client floods.
Guiding the closing scene of a remembered life and the transition beyond it, where most therapeutic insight surfaces — held with restraint so the client's own meaning emerges.
The closing sequence, cord and vow release, full return to waking alertness — then the integration protocol most trainings skip: journalling, the 48-hour check-in, and normal after-effects.
Informed consent, recording and confidentiality, note-keeping, and the scope-of-practice language that keeps you outside clinical claims — plus building a referral network before you need one.

The single most important habit in this work, and the one most short courses never teach.
Patterns with no traceable origin in this life often surface readily through the affect bridge.
Abreaction stops being the thing you fear and becomes a situation you know how to hold.
Regression sessions command a higher fee and longer format than most single-modality work.
Your clients leave with a structured follow-up rather than a vivid experience and nothing to do with it.
"[Student testimonial — what they struggled with before the course, and what changed in their practice after it.]"
"[Student testimonial — ideally about the screening module or handling an abreaction confidently.]"
"[Student testimonial — ideally from a therapist or counsellor who added regression to an existing practice.]"
Regression material is not verified historical fact, and this course does not teach you to present it as such. Memory is reconstructive and suggestible, and the course covers that research directly. What the work reliably offers is therapeutic meaning — a client's own narrative for a pattern they could not otherwise reach.
Anyone with active psychosis, an unmanaged dissociative disorder, recent severe bereavement, unstabilised trauma, or who is currently in acute psychiatric care. A full screening module teaches you to identify these presentations, decline gracefully, and refer appropriately.
No. The course teaches induction and deepening from the beginning. Existing hypnotherapists will move through those modules faster and can focus on the regression-specific material.
Managing abreaction is taught as a core skill, not an afterthought — how to stabilise a client who floods, when to slow the work, when to step out of the scene entirely, and how to close the session safely. You will practise this under supervision.
Yes. The final module covers informed consent documentation, confidentiality, note-keeping, pricing and the scope-of-practice language that keeps you clearly outside clinical claims, along with building a referral network of licensed professionals.
Past life regression as taught here is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medical or psychological treatment and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Material that surfaces in regression is not verified historical fact, and no therapeutic outcome is guaranteed. This course is not suitable for anyone seeking treatment for an unmanaged psychiatric or dissociative condition.
Five days, eight modules, and supervised practice throughout. Auviephy is ready to guide you.
