1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Auviephy Institute website, booking a session, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Consultation

Auviephy Institute, led by Auviephy Institute, provides holistic healing therapies, including NLP, Reiki, Angel Healing, and other energy medicine practices. These services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions and courses must be booked in advance.
  • Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any course or online session.
  • In-person session payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and sacred space for all clients and students. We reserve the right to refuse service or dismiss any student from a course, without refund, if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful to the practitioner or other participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, course materials, and manuals, is the property of Auviephy Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auviephy Institute and Auviephy Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
