1. Healing Sessions (Online & In-Person)
- Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any healing session.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.
- Refunds: Once a healing session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Energy work is subjective and results vary by individual.
2. Courses & Workshops
- Enrollment Fees: A non-refundable deposit is often required to secure your place in a course or workshop. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Course Cancellations (By You): If you cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable, but you may transfer your credit to a future course date within 6 months.
- Course Cancellations (By Us): In the unlikely event that Auviephy Institute must cancel a course, you will receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer to the next available date.
- Digital Products/Manuals: Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds can be issued once course manuals or digital materials have been accessed or downloaded.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of severe medical emergencies or family bereavements, please contact us directly, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
