Merkaba — Mer (light), Ka (spirit), Ba (body) — describes a counter-rotating field of light said to surround every being, a vehicle uniting spirit, mind, and body. This certification teaches the sacred geometry, breathwork, and guided practice behind Merkaba meditation as a structured spiritual wellness and personal-development discipline — not a medical treatment, and with no promise of guaranteed outcomes.
The Merkaba is traditionally described as two interlocked, counter-rotating star tetrahedra — one pointing toward spirit, one toward matter — forming a geometric field said to surround the body. Mer refers to a specific kind of light, Ka to the spirit or life force, and Ba to the soul as expressed through the physical body: together, a vehicle for the three moving as one. This course treats that framework as a symbolic and meditative lens for self-awareness and consciousness development, not as a literal or medical claim.
Auviephy Institute's Merkaba Healing certification moves in careful stages — from sacred geometry and energy awareness foundations, through the traditional breath-activation sequence, to grounding, integration, and finally the ethics of guiding others. Dr. Purva Shahade brings the same clinical, unhurried steadiness to this course as to every other Auviephy offering: paced practice over spectacle, safety over speed.
Welcome, course overview, and learning objectives. The history of Merkaba across traditions, an honest look at modern energy-practice claims, and the ethics and responsible-practice framework that shapes the rest of the course.

Personal energy-field basics, grounding and centring, sensing subtle energy, the chakra–Merkaba connection, and preparing the body for practice.
Understanding Mer-Ka-Ba as spirit–mind–body, the two counter-rotating tetrahedra, the prana–breath connection, visualising the field, and common misconceptions addressed directly.

A brief look at how a guided Merkaba session actually progresses.
Four stages, always in this order, always paced.
Many practitioners report greater present-moment focus and a steadier meditative baseline through consistent Merkaba practice.
The structured breath and visualisation work supports deeper self-observation and reflective practice over time.
A respectful, paced entry into sacred geometry and light-body concepts for those exploring their own spiritual development.
The grounding and integration modules are built specifically to support a calmer, more settled emotional baseline around the practice.
Reflective practice tends to surface a clearer connection to personal values and priorities over the course of training.
Unlike scattered online material, this course gives you a paced, certified structure you can practise, teach, and return to.
Auviephy Institute is **an institute that heals — not just teaches.** We bridge the gap between conventional science and energetic healing. Our expert team combines clinical healing expertise with deep spiritual attunement, ensuring every student leaves not just certified, but genuinely connected.
"My meditation practice had plateaued for years. The paced, module-by-module structure here — geometry first, breath second, activation last — finally gave it real depth again."
"I run breathwork circles and wanted a grounded way to introduce Merkaba without overselling it. The ethics and scope-of-practice module gave me exactly the language I needed."
"Calm, structured, never theatrical. The grounding and integration modules mattered as much as the activation itself — that balance is what I was looking for."
No. The course is built for complete beginners, starting with sacred-geometry and energy-awareness foundations before any activation work begins. An existing meditation habit helps but is not required.
Both. The course runs live online via Google Meet for students across India, and in person at our Ghatkopar West and Thane centres for those who prefer hands-on, in-room facilitation.
No. This is a spiritual wellness and personal-development certification. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and graduates are trained to refer clients to qualified professionals where appropriate — this boundary is covered explicitly in Module 9.
Graduates are equipped to maintain a personal Merkaba practice and, if they choose, to guide others through group practice sessions within the ethical scope defined in the course — not to offer clinical or therapeutic treatment.
The breathwork components are gentle and paced, but as with any breath-based practice, we ask students with significant cardiovascular or respiratory conditions to consult their physician before enrolling, and we screen for readiness during the first module.
The core course runs across two full days (6–8 hours each), with the practicum and certification review completed shortly after.
Join hundreds of students who have healed and awakened through our courses. The Auviephy team is ready to guide you.
A natural pairing — deepen intuitive perception alongside your Merkaba practice.
