The concept of the Akashic field appears across traditions: as "the Book of Life" in Judeo-Christian scripture, as the "Causal Plane" in Theosophy, and as Edgar Cayce's "Hall of Records" accessed during his famous trance readings. We study Alice Bailey's Treatise on Cosmic Fire, Ervin László's scientific field theory, and how the lineage of Akashic teachers has carried this knowledge forward. The first weeks of Akashic practice are almost always self-focused — and for good reason. Reading your own records builds the most important skill: distinguishing Akashic information from imagination, wishful thinking, or fear. We work through a structured self-reading framework, journaling practices to capture and integrate what comes through, and the specific markers that confirm you have genuinely accessed the field versus accessed your own mental projections. Daily practice exercises are provided.

Every soul carries a unique profile — a set of soul realms of origin (the energetic "home" of the soul before its first incarnation), soul groups, primary life lessons for this incarnation, soul specialisations (the gifts and vocations a soul has developed across many lifetimes), and soul challenges.
