A pendulum held over an open chakra spins clockwise in a full, confident circle; over a blocked chakra it moves counter-clockwise, wobbles weakly, or stops entirely — this module gives you the skill to read those signals reliably. You practise calibrating your pendulum, establishing yes/no baselines, and systematically scanning each of the seven chakras from Root to Crown without interference from expectation. We cover amplitude, speed, and orbit diameter as diagnostic data — a wide fast spin indicates excess energy; a tight slow spin indicates depletion. By the end you carry a complete chakra assessment chart for every client encounter.

Byosen Sensing for Chakra Reading

Byosen is the Japanese term for sensing energetic congestion through the palms — tingling, heat, cold, pulsing, or pressure that indicates where healing is needed most. You learn to slowly scan the chakra column with one or both hands held 2–6 inches above the body, training your sensitivity to distinguish between congested chakras (dense heat), depleted chakras (cold absence or slight suction), and healthy chakras (gentle warmth and tingling). We practise on partners and discuss how different people experience byosen differently — the goal is consistency and trust in your own sensory language. Byosen used alongside pendulum scanning gives you two independent channels of diagnostic data that cross-confirm each other.

Root & Sacral Advanced Healing

The lower chakras are the storage vault of ancestral patterns and early life experiences — past-life karmic residue from unresolved situations is most commonly held in the root and sacral centres, manifesting as unexplained phobias, recurring financial blocks, or chronic relationship dysfunction. We learn specific hand placement sequences for deep root clearance — positions that draw out stagnant energy and infuse revitalising prana into Muladhara over a sustained 20–30 minute treatment. For the sacral we work with water-element sound frequencies (417Hz Solfeggio) alongside palm healing to loosen emotional holding patterns. Participants practise on each other with structured feedback.

Power Centre Activation — Solar Plexus Healing

Chronic people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, habitual over-giving, and the bone-deep fatigue that follows — all are symptoms of a solar plexus that is energetically leaking its power outward rather than holding it for the individual. We diagnose solar plexus patterns through pendulum and byosen, identifying whether the issue is depletion (giving too much), excess (rigidity, control), or scatter (inability to act decisively). Hand placements for Manipura activation are taught with specific duration guidelines — prolonged solar plexus work can temporarily intensify emotional releases, and you learn how to hold that space safely. Sound frequency 528Hz and yellow colour breathing are used as amplifiers throughout the session.

Heart & Higher Chakra Activation

Unprocessed grief is the most common energy stored in the heart chakra — losses of relationships, of identities, of people — and it manifests in the physical body as chest tightness, immune vulnerability, and upper back tension between the shoulder blades. This module includes specific techniques for safely supporting a client through heart chakra release, including the compassion hold (hands at front and back heart simultaneously) and the thymus tap for activating the high heart centre. For the throat and third eye we use humming (Bhramari pranayama) to open Vishuddha and structured stillness practices to settle Ajna. Crown activation protocols are introduced with grounding safeguards built in.

Third Eye Awakening

The third eye (Ajna, indigo) is the centre of clairvoyance, deep intuition, and pattern recognition — its healthy opening enhances both creative and spiritual perception without destabilising the nervous system. We distinguish between premature third eye opening (characterised by overwhelm, anxiety, intrusive images, and disturbed sleep) and supported, grounded opening that expands insight while maintaining clarity. Stabilisation techniques are taught alongside activation: grounding the third eye's energy into the root system so perception does not become unmoored from the body. Practical exercises include candle-gazing, visualisation sharpening practices, and working with amethyst and lapis lazuli for Ajna resonance.

Advanced Session Protocol

This capstone module structures everything learned into a complete 60-minute chakra assessment and healing session that you can deliver for another person from your very first session post-certification. The protocol runs: 5-minute opening and grounding, 10-minute pendulum assessment of all seven chakras with documentation, 10-minute byosen scan and cross-referencing findings, 30-minute targeted healing using hand positions and appropriate sound, 5-minute closing integration and client guidance. We practice the full sequence twice — once as healer, once as recipient — so you understand the experience from both sides before you certify.
